Shopleez is a proprietary e-commerce platform developed and published by Havenya LLC. The platform consists of three integrated mobile applications: (1) Shopleez Customer - for consumers to browse, purchase, and track orders, (2) Shopleez Admin - for business owners to manage inventory, process orders, and view analytics, and (3) Shopleez Delivery - for delivery personnel to manage routes and complete deliveries. All Shopleez applications are available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, published under Havenya LLC.

To reset your password: (1) Open any Shopleez application (Customer, Admin, or Delivery), (2) Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen, (3) Enter your registered email address, (4) Check your email inbox for a password reset link (valid for 24 hours), (5) Click the link and create a new password meeting our security requirements (minimum 8 characters with at least one uppercase letter, one number, and one special character). If you don't receive the email within 5 minutes, check your spam folder or contact support at ahmed@havenya.com.

You have the right to request complete deletion of your account and personal data. Visit our Account Deletion page to submit a deletion request. Upon verification, your account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. This includes your profile information, order history, saved addresses, and payment methods. Certain transactional records may be retained as required by law. Shopleez collects only data necessary to provide our services: (1) Account information (name, email, phone) for registration and communication, (2) Delivery addresses for order fulfillment, (3) Payment information processed securely through PCI-DSS compliant processors, (4) Location data (with explicit consent) for delivery tracking and navigation. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. All data handling practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which complies with GDPR, CCPA, and app store requirements.

For custom development projects, refund and cancellation terms are specified in your individual service agreement and vary based on project milestones. For Shopleez app users, refunds for in-app purchases are processed according to Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies. If you purchased directly through us, contact our support team within 14 days of purchase for refund consideration.
